  • Do you have a destination fee?

    Yes. The destination fee of $35.00 plus tax per day is applied to each reservation in order to provide you with the following services and amenities to provide an enhanced guest experience.

    • ​Priority bicycle rentals
    • ​Outdoor swimming pool access, lounge chairs & towels
    • ​Fitness center access

  • Do you offer complimentary parking?

    Complimentary on site guest parking is available to all registered guests.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A deposit of up to 3 nights will be taken at the time of booking with the balance charged 21 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made outside of 21 days to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit amount. No cancellations or changes are allowed within 21 days to arrival and will result with a 100% forfeit of all monies paid.

  • What time is check in/out?

    Check in time is 4:00 PM. Departure time is 11:00 AM.

  • Do you offer complimentary bicycles?

    We have complimentary Priority bicycles available for registered guests to utilize during your stay.

  • Do you offer beach gear?

    We have complimentary use of Beach Towels available during your stay.

  • What is your pet policy?

    Dogs up to 70 lbs are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs per room. Pet-friendly rooms are limited and must be booked directly through our front desk or call center.

  • Do you have a restaurant?

    Yes! The Wild Goose Tavern is located on site, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is one of Chatham's favorite dining spots!

  • Where is your sister property?

    The Chatham Greyfinch Inn is located a 10-minute walk down Main Street-located at 946 Main Street.
